Primary card methods
The primary card brands shown on this page are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional payment options may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page, and the methods displayed at checkout take priority for that transaction.
Payment processing
Payment information is submitted through the checkout flow and processed through Stripe and the relevant card or payment networks.
Payment authorization
Your card issuer or payment provider may authorize, decline or request additional verification for a transaction.
Payment declines
If a payment is declined, check the information entered and contact your bank or card issuer where appropriate. Customer support cannot override the issuer’s authorization decision.
Payment security
Payments use secure payment-processing mechanisms provided through the checkout flow. Payment security depends on the systems and controls used by the relevant providers and networks.
Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs duties and import charges, where applicable, are separate.
Currency
The website uses the currency symbol $. Review the amount and currency shown at checkout before submitting payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
Safe payment communication
Do not send a full card number, CVV/CVC, PIN or other card security code through ordinary customer-service email. For payment support, contact support@phaqeli.com without including sensitive card-security information.
